Projects
A few builds from twenty years of operations work, written up rather than listed: ticket classification, office dashboards, print quota management, and voicemail transcription. I scoped these, put the case for doing them, built them, and supported them afterwards. Each covers the problem, what I built, and what it did not do. The resume has the span of the work; this is the part worth reading about.
